- Assist in food preparation and cooking according to established recipes and quality standards
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times
- Ensure food quality and presentation meets restaurant specifications
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced café environment during peak hours
- Follow proper food safety and handling procedures
- Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth operations
- Learn and master various cooking techniques and recipes
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment (preferred)
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knife skills and cooking techniques
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items
- Team player with good communication skills
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions precisely
- Culinary school education or certification (a plus)
