Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist the Chef de Partie and other senior chefs in all aspects of food preparation and cooking, adhering to established recipes and quality standards.
  • Ensure all kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils are maintained in a clean, hygienic, and organized manner at all times, following strict sanitation guidelines.
  • Prepare ingredients by washing, peeling, chopping, and slicing various food items accurately and efficiently.
  • Learn and master fundamental culinary techniques, presentation standards, and kitchen procedures.
  • Monitor and manage stock levels, assist with inventory checks, and ensure proper rotation of fresh and dry goods to minimize waste.
  • Strictly adhere to all food safety and health regulations, including HACCP standards.
  • Actively participate in daily kitchen operations, supporting the team to ensure smooth service delivery and guest satisfaction.
