Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Chef de Partie and Demi Chef in the daily preparation and production of food items across all kitchen sections.
- Ensure that all dishes are prepared according to the established recipes and the Ritz-Carlton quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation in compliance with HACCP and local health department regulations.
- Monitor ingredient freshness and assist with inventory management and stock rotation (FIFO).
- Support the culinary team during high-volume service periods to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
- Properly store, label, and rotate all food products to minimize waste and ensure food safety.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure effective communication between the kitchen and service staff.
Kualifikasi
- Professional certificate or diploma in Culinary Arts, or equivalent work experience in a reputable kitchen environment.
- Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards (HACCP certification preferred).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and rotating rosters.
- Strong desire to learn and uphold the luxury service standards of the Ritz-Carlton brand.
- Basic command of written and spoken English.
