Our company offers a competitive salary package ranging from $2,500 to $3,200 per month, inclusive of split shift allowances. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the preparation and cooking of menu items according to standard recipes and presentation standards.
- Ensure all ingredients are prepared, measured, and weighed correctly before cooking.
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized workstation at all times to comply with food safety regulations.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management to minimize waste and ensure availability.
- Follow strict portion control guidelines to manage food costs effectively.
- Adhere to the split shift schedule efficiently while maintaining high energy levels throughout the service.
- Support the kitchen team during peak hours to ensure timely service delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar Commis Cook or Kitchen Assistant role.
- Possession of a relevant culinary qualification or certificate is preferred but not strictly required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to split shift schedules.
- Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with the culinary team.
- A passion for cooking and a willingness to learn new techniques and recipes.
