Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in daily food preparation and mise en place.
  • Ensure all dishes are prepared according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety in compliance with HACCP and local health regulations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies appropriately.
  • Operate and maintain kitchen equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during peak operational hours.
  • Assist in cleaning and organizing the kitchen workspace to ensure a safe environment.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 1 year of experience in a commercial kitchen environment preferred.
  • Certificate in Culinary Arts or equivalent professional training is a plus.
  • Strong commitment to food quality and creative presentation.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible and willing to work a split-shift schedule as required by the 5-day work week.
  • Possess a valid Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
  • Disciplined, punctual, and highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
