As a Commis de Salle, you will be the backbone of our service floor. Working closely under the guidance of our experienced Chef de Rang, you will ensure that every guest experiences the seamless, high-quality service that defines 32DO. This role is perfect for a hospitality enthusiast who values precision, cleanliness, and the art of service. You will be responsible for maintaining the aesthetic perfection of our dining room, managing mise-en-place, and supporting the senior service team during busy shifts. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily mise-en-place for the dining area to ensure readiness for service.
- Assist the Chef de Rang in delivering high-standard service to guests.
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and polishing of cutlery, glassware, and plateware.
- Ensure efficient clearing and resetting of tables to uphold floor standards.
- Support the service team in relaying orders and maintaining smooth communication between front and back-of-house.
- Monitor the dining room environment to proactively assist with guest needs.
- Participate in pre-service briefings to stay updated on menu changes and service protocols.
- Adhere strictly to 32DO hygiene and safety standards at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience or internship in a high-end restaurant or luxury hotel environment.
- Strong understanding of fine dining service etiquette and table setting standards.
- Excellent communication skills with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- High attention to detail, especially regarding table presentation and cleanliness.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player with a strong work ethic and a 'can-do' attitude.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service techniques is preferred.
