- Assist the Head Chef and Demi Chef in food preparation and cooking for daily operations.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Follow established recipes and plating guidelines to ensure consistent quality.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations and HACCP standards.
- Properly handle, store, and rotate all food products to minimize waste.
- Operate kitchen equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service.
Kualifikasi
- Certificate in Culinary Arts, Baking, or Pastry Arts is preferred.
- Previous experience as a Commis or Demi Chef in Western cuisine is a plus.
- Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety protocols.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn new techniques.
