Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in food preparation, cooking, and plating under the supervision of senior chefs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in accordance with HACCP standards.
- Ensure all mise en place is ready and prepared correctly before service.
- Portion food accurately according to standardized recipes and portion control guidelines.
- Follow kitchen safety procedures and report any equipment malfunctions immediately.
- Assist in receiving and storing food items to minimize waste and maintain freshness.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure timely service and high-quality output.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Commis I or Commis II in a similar hotel or restaurant environment.
- Basic knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and cooking methods.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food presentation standards.
- Willingness to learn and take direction from senior culinary staff.
