Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the pastry team in the preparation and production of desserts, cakes, and pastries according to standard recipes.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the workstation and surrounding areas.
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stored to minimize waste.
- Support senior chefs with daily tasks, including plating, garnishing, and inventory checks.
- Follow health and safety regulations strictly at all times.
- Learn and demonstrate knowledge of various baking techniques and ingredients.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational training in Culinary Arts or Pastry Arts.
- Previous experience in a pastry kitchen is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong passion for baking and an eye for detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure.
- Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
