Tanggung Jawab
- Welcome and greet guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner upon arrival.
- Assist guests with menu recommendations and accurately take food and beverage orders.
- Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently, ensuring correct presentation and temperature.
- Set up and clear tables, maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitized dining area at all times.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and senior waitstaff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor complaints with a positive and helpful attitude.
- Process bill payments accurately using the restaurant's Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and hygiene standards in accordance with hospitality regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in food & beverage service or a related hospitality role (fresh graduates with a passion for F&B are also welcome).
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of food, beverages, and fine dining service standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in English is highly preferred.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance, and a positive, customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong team player with a willingness to learn and take direction from senior staff.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
