Sangkap Food Services is looking for a detail-oriented Commissary Head Chef to oversee our food production operations in Paco, Metro Manila. In this critical role, you will be the backbone of our kitchen, ensuring that our recipes are executed with consistency, safety, and excellence at scale.

We are looking for an experienced professional who understands the unique challenges of commissary operations. You will manage production schedules, maintain stringent hygiene standards, and lead a dedicated team to deliver high-quality food products that meet our brand's exacting standards. Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee end-to-end commissary production to ensure daily targets are met with zero compromise on quality.
  • Standardize recipes and production processes to ensure consistency across all high-volume output.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor kitchen staff to uphold high culinary and professional standards.
  • Maintain strict inventory controls, minimizing wastage and optimizing raw material usage.
  • Enforce rigorous food safety, sanitation, and HACCP compliance throughout the facility.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot equipment performance to prevent downtime.
  • Collaborate with management to refine production workflows and improve overall operational efficiency.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a commissary, catering, or large-scale kitchen management role.
  • Proven track record in managing high-volume food production.
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation standards.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse kitchen teams.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills for inventory and cost management.
  • Proficiency in recipe scaling and production scheduling.
  • Culinary degree or relevant vocational training is preferred.
