- Manage commissary kitchen inventory including stock monitoring, ordering, and rotation of perishables
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety protocols and sanitation standards
- Coordinate kitchen operations during peak hours and special events
- Maintain equipment functionality and report maintenance needs promptly
- Support food preparation and assembly processes as required
- Assist in staff training and workflow optimization initiatives
- Implement cost-control measures for kitchen supplies and ingredients

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary certification preferred
- 1+ years in food service or commissary kitchen environment
- Knowledge of HACCP principles and food safety regulations
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Physical stamina for extended standing and lifting (up to 20kg)
