Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the daily preparation, mixing, and baking of high-quality cupcakes and specialty desserts.
- Ensure all raw ingredients are measured accurately and handled according to food safety standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary commissary environment at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels and report low stock to the commissary supervisor.
- Operate professional kitchen equipment including industrial mixers, ovens, and proofers safely.
- Assist in the packaging and labeling of products for distribution to our retail branches.
- Follow standardized recipes to ensure consistency across all product lines.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to meet daily production quotas and delivery deadlines.
Kualifikasi
- High school graduate or holder of a vocational certificate in Food & Beverage, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
- Previous experience working in a commercial bakery or commissary kitchen is a major advantage.
- Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices (HACCP knowledge is a plus).
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy ingredients and standing for long shifts.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive team player with a positive attitude and a passion for baking.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, as needed.
- Basic command of written and spoken English and Filipino.
