RACKS is looking for a dynamic and highly organized Commissary Logistic Head to spearhead our commissary operations in Metro Manila. In this critical role, you will be the backbone of our supply chain, ensuring that our high standards of quality are maintained from the central kitchen to every branch.
As our Commissary Logistic Head, you will oversee end-to-end logistics, including inventory management, distribution schedules, and process optimization. You will lead a dedicated team to streamline workflows, reduce wastage, and ensure timely delivery of supplies. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic logistics plans to optimize commissary output and delivery schedules.
- Supervise end-to-end inventory management, including receiving, warehousing, and stock distribution.
- Oversee the maintenance and operation of delivery fleets to ensure timely branch replenishment.
- Establish and enforce rigorous quality control and food safety protocols across all logistics touchpoints.
- Analyze supply chain metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement cost-saving process improvements.
- Lead, mentor, and train the commissary logistics team to ensure peak performance and adherence to company standards.
- Coordinate closely with production and purchasing departments to align inventory levels with demand forecasts.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in commissary, warehouse, or supply chain management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and inventory management software (ERP/WMS).
- Proven track record in team leadership and operational management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- High proficiency in data reporting, demand forecasting, and resource optimization.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.
