As the Commissary Manager, you will take charge of daily operations, strategically manage inventory levels, enforce rigorous food safety and sanitation standards, and mentor a dedicated team of kitchen professionals. Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee the daily operations of the central commissary, ensuring efficient food production, processing, and packaging.
  • Manage inventory, forecast supply needs, and maintain optimal stock levels to prevent shortages or unnecessary wastage.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all local food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
  • Lead, train, and schedule commissary staff to maintain high productivity, efficiency, and team morale.
  • Coordinate with restaurant managers, chefs, and logistics teams to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of goods.
  • Monitor product quality and consistency, implementing rigorous quality control checks at every stage of production.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline kitchen workflows and reduce operational costs.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in a commissary, central kitchen, or food production management role.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards, inventory management software, and commercial kitchen equipment.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Alabang, Metro Manila, with a flexible schedule as operational needs demand.
