Tanggung Jawab
- Process and calculate sales commissions accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain and update commission records and documentation
- Collaborate with the sales team to address commission-related inquiries and discrepancies
- Prepare regular commission reports for management review
- Assist in the development and improvement of commission calculation methodologies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding commission processing
- Work closely with the finance team to reconcile commission payments
- Identify and resolve commission calculation errors or inconsistencies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
- Experience in payroll, finance, sales operations, or commission processing is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail with high accuracy in numerical calculations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
