Are you an experienced Commissioning Engineer looking to elevate your career within the mission-critical Data Center sector? Adecco is currently partnering with a prestigious Multinational Corporation (MNC) to find a talented professional to lead and execute complex commissioning processes for state-of-the-art ACMV (Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation) systems.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of technical excellence, ensuring that large-scale infrastructure projects meet rigorous performance and safety standards. This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to Tier III/IV data center environments while working with industry-leading technology and cross-functional engineering teams.
Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and document comprehensive commissioning activities for ACMV systems in data center environments.
- Lead on-site testing, balancing, and troubleshooting of HVAC mechanical systems and associated building management controls.
- Develop and implement Commissioning Plans (CxP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure operational readiness.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to resolve technical discrepancies during the project lifecycle.
- Perform system start-ups, functional performance testing (FPT), and integrated systems testing (IST).
- Maintain detailed documentation, including test reports, deficiency logs, and final turnover packages.
- Ensure all activities adhere to workplace safety and environmental regulations, specifically within high-uptime mission-critical facilities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of direct experience in the commissioning of ACMV/HVAC systems within data center or industrial projects.
- Strong technical understanding of chillers, CRAH units, cooling towers, and sophisticated building automation systems (BAS/BMS).
- Proven ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and project specifications.
- Knowledge of ASHRAE standards, testing and balancing (TAB) procedures, and mission-critical power/cooling integration.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage site-based relationships effectively.
- Professional certification (e.g., CEM, CxA, or equivalent) is highly advantageous.
