Turner & Townsend is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Commissioning Engineer to join our Advanced Manufacturing team in Baguio City. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of commissioning activities for complex systems, state-of-the-art equipment, and high-tech manufacturing facilities.
You will act as the technical lead, ensuring that all systems are tested, verified, and integrated according to strict safety, quality, and performance standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and coordinate comprehensive commissioning schedules for manufacturing facilities and equipment.
- Execute and supervise testing protocols to verify system functionality, safety, and operational efficiency.
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify and resolve system defects or performance gaps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of facility systems.
- Manage technical documentation, including commissioning reports, checksheets, and hand-over manuals.
- Monitor and enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards during all testing phases.
- Perform system troubleshooting and provide technical guidance to site teams to maintain project timelines.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Control Systems Engineering (or equivalent).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of direct experience in commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting for industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Strong knowledge of international engineering standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Proven ability to manage technical project schedules and coordinate multi-disciplinary site teams.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex engineering drawings, schematics, and P&IDs.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to report findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Professional licensure (PRC) is highly regarded.
