Are you an experienced Commissioning Engineer specializing in Building Management Systems (BMS)? Our client, represented by the leading recruitment firm PERSOL, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented technical professional to join their dynamic project team in Singapore's Central Region. This is a high-visibility contract opportunity where you will drive the successful testing, calibration, and operational integration of advanced building automation systems.
In this role, you will lead the commissioning of sophisticated BMS and Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) controls. You will work closely with system integrators, sub-contractors, and project managers to ensure that SCADA/HMI interfaces, sensor specifications, and communication protocols are flawlessly executed and aligned with client requirements. Your expertise will directly contribute to building efficiency, sustainability, and high-performance operations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform on-site testing, tuning, calibration, and commissioning of Building Management Systems (BMS) and associated ELV control systems.
- Configure, program, and troubleshoot SCADA/HMI software systems, PLC logic, and Direct Digital Control (DDC) controllers.
- Verify and troubleshoot communication protocols and interfacing networks, including BACnet, Modbus, TCP/IP, and LonWorks.
- Collaborate closely with project engineers, instrumentation teams, and subcontractors to resolve technical and installation anomalies on-site.
- Review engineering drawings, sensor specifications, and control sequence methodologies to ensure compliance with project standards.
- Generate comprehensive commissioning reports, testing documentation, and as-built reports for client sign-off and handover.
- Ensure all commissioning activities comply strictly with environmental health and workplace safety regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Instrumentation and Control, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of proven experience in BMS commissioning, ELV systems integration, or building automation.
- Strong technical understanding of HVAC controls, electrical systems, and SCADA/HMI development tools.
- Hands-on proficiency with major networking and communication protocols (BACnet, Modbus, etc.).
- Familiarity with sensor specifications, valve actuator sizing, and basic control loop tuning.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and on-site troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently or in team-oriented environments.
