Join our dynamic team as a Commissioning Engineer/Manager to lead critical infrastructure projects in Singapore's rapidly expanding data centre sector. This pivotal role involves overseeing the commissioning, testing, and handover of complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems within state-of-the-art facilities. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure systems meet stringent performance standards, safety protocols, and client specifications while maintaining strict project timelines and budgets. The position offers exposure to cutting-edge technologies in hyperscale environments, with opportunities to troubleshoot sophisticated HVAC, power distribution, and fire suppression systems. Ideal candidates will demonstrate expertise in managing full lifecycle commissioning activities from design verification to final documentation, ensuring seamless operational readiness for mission-critical infrastructure.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead commissioning activities for MEP systems in data centre and infrastructure projects
- Develop and execute commissioning plans, test procedures, and inspection protocols
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and clients during system integration and validation
- Document system performance, troubleshoot deficiencies, and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, TIA-942) and regulatory requirements
- Manage project documentation including test reports, O&M manuals, and as-built drawings
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance during project execution
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of commissioning experience in data centres or critical facilities
- Professional certification (e.g., CxA, PMP, PE) highly desirable
- Proficiency with commissioning software tools (e.g., CommissioningPro, AutoCAD)
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, power distribution, and fire suppression systems
- Experience with BMS/EMS integration and system optimization
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to work under pressure
- Valid driving license and willingness for occasional site visits
