Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive commissioning plans and schedules for large-scale M&E projects.
- Direct and oversee all stages of Testing and Commissioning (T&C), from initial component testing to integrated systems performance testing.
- Review technical drawings, method statements, and equipment specifications to ensure alignment with commissioning requirements.
- Manage and coordinate with specialist subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery and compliance with safety standards.
- Identify, document, and manage the resolution of technical deficiencies and 'snag lists' during the commissioning phase.
- Provide regular progress reports and technical briefings to clients, project directors, and external stakeholders.
- Ensure all commissioning activities comply with local regulatory bodies, LEED/GBI standards, and international best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in M&E engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in a Commissioning Management role.
- Proven experience working on mission-critical projects such as Data Centers, Hospitals, or large-scale Industrial plants.
- Deep technical knowledge of HVAC, Electrical Distribution, Fire Protection, and Building Management Systems (BMS).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and complex site environments.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages is a significant advantage.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., BEM, IEM, or ASHRAE) are highly preferred.
