Tanggung Jawab
- Lead commissioning and start-up execution for mining infrastructure projects
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineers, technicians, and contractors
- Design and implement system testing protocols for mechanical, electrical, and process systems
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues during pre-commissioning and commissioning phases
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and project specifications
- Manage project documentation including test reports, procedures, and handover packages
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mining Engineering
- Minimum 8 years of commissioning experience in mining or heavy industry
- Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams during project start-up
- Expertise in system testing, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
- Familiarity with Indonesian mining regulations and safety standards
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Experience in project handover to operational teams
- Certification in commissioning or project management preferred
