Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end sourcing process for commodities, ensuring alignment with company strategic goals.
- Execute and implement comprehensive purchase strategies to optimize costs and improve margins.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new suppliers and competitive pricing structures.
- Negotiate terms, contracts, and pricing with existing and potential suppliers to secure best-in-class deals.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and lead times to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast demand and adjust procurement plans accordingly.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or commodity buying within the manufacturing or logistics industry.
- Proven track record of successful supplier negotiation and contract management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and financial reports.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship building.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
