Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute end-to-end commodity strategies for assigned categories to ensure continuous supply and operational efficiency.
- Lead contract negotiations and supplier selection processes to achieve aggressive cost-reduction targets.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to anticipate supply disruptions and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
- Manage key supplier relationships, conducting performance evaluations and business reviews to ensure adherence to Vishay’s quality and delivery standards.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure material availability and support new product introduction (NPI).
- Analyze procurement data and spend patterns to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.
- Maintain compliance with internal policies, global trade regulations, and ethical sourcing standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or commodity management, preferably within a manufacturing or electronics industry.
- In-depth knowledge of global supply chain dynamics, commodity markets, and contract law.
- Proven track record of achieving significant cost savings and supplier performance improvements.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix-structured organization and manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
