- Develop and implement comprehensive commodity strategies to optimize procurement processes
- Source, evaluate, and select qualified suppliers for construction and facilities projects
- Negotiate favorable contracts and pricing agreements with suppliers
- Manage supplier relationships and performance to ensure quality and timely delivery
- Analyze market trends and make data-driven procurement decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement activities with project requirements
- Monitor and manage procurement budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or commodity management
- Proven track record in sourcing and supplier management for construction or facilities projects
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems
- Knowledge of local and international procurement regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
