- Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies for Electronics PCB and associated components to ensure supply continuity and quality.
- Lead the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, from market analysis and supplier selection to contract negotiation and performance management.
- Drive cost reduction initiatives and value engineering projects through aggressive negotiation and supplier relationship management.
- Analyze global market trends, pricing fluctuations, and supply chain risks to develop robust mitigation plans.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, engineering, and operations teams to define technical specifications and material requirements.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of buyers and analysts to achieve departmental KPIs.
- Monitor supplier quality and delivery performance, conducting regular audits and improvement reviews.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or commodity management within the electronics or manufacturing industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of PCB components, electronics assembly, and related supply chain processes.
- Proven track record of successful supplier negotiations, cost savings, and contract management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and procurement software.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and lead diverse teams.
