In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our supply chain operations, managing end-to-end sourcing for sophisticated manufacturing Bill of Materials (BOMs). You will work closely with engineering, production, and global suppliers to ensure cost-efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of components that drive innovation in the semiconductor and industrial automation sectors. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive commodity sourcing strategies to meet production BOM requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from supplier selection and qualification to contract negotiation.
- Analyze market trends and price benchmarks to optimize total cost of ownership (TCO) for assigned commodities.
- Collaborate with internal engineering and R&D teams to identify alternative parts and mitigate supply chain risks.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, ensuring adherence to VDL ETG quality standards and lead-time expectations.
- Conduct regular audits and maintain robust relationships with key vendors to ensure supply continuity.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in purchasing processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in strategic sourcing or commodity management within a high-tech manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of BOM structures and technical procurement requirements.
- Proven ability to negotiate complex contracts and manage multi-tier supplier relationships.
- Excellent analytical skills, with proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and data analysis tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working effectively across cross-functional global teams.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
