Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the commodity business team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Maintain and update documentation, reports, and spreadsheets to ensure accurate and timely information flow.
  • Process purchase orders, invoices, and other procurement‑related paperwork, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to resolve operational issues and facilitate smooth workflow.
  • Assist in the preparation of budget tracking, cost analysis, and performance reporting.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery of commodities.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably within a commodity or engineering environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable with data entry.
