Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans focused on communication, presentation, and public speaking.
- Instruct students on vocal projection, body language, and effective storytelling techniques.
- Foster a supportive and encouraging classroom atmosphere that builds student confidence.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to both students and their parents.
- Manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe, productive learning environment.
- Collaborate with the management team to continuously improve curriculum and teaching strategies.
- Administer assessments to evaluate student skill acquisition and provide actionable insights.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communications, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Previous teaching or coaching experience, specifically in communication skills or presentation.
- Strong public speaking skills and the ability to demonstrate them effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with both students and parents.
- Ability to work weekends and manage a schedule that accommodates students.
- Patient, empathetic, and passionate about helping others succeed.
