Tanggung Jawab
- Process daily customer deposits, withdrawals, and cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Advise customers on various deposit products, including savings accounts and fixed deposits, to meet their financial needs.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients through personalized service.
- Proactively cross-sell other banking products and services to enhance the customer experience.
- Ensure strict adherence to all bank policies, compliance regulations, and operational procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming branch environment for all visitors.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/STPM or Diploma qualification in any field.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail sales, or the banking sector is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment and handle pressure.
- Attention to detail and a high level of integrity in handling cash and sensitive information.
