SOS Children's Villages Indonesia is seeking a dedicated and visionary Community Empowerment for Family Empowerment (CFE) Project Officer to join our team in Banda Aceh. In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of our mission to strengthen families and empower communities to build a protective and nurturing environment for children.
You will lead initiatives designed to foster the growth, sustainability, and empowerment of vulnerable communities. This position requires a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between project objectives and grassroots implementation, ensuring that our family-strengthening programs create long-term, measurable impact. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor community-based programs focused on family empowerment and self-sufficiency.
- Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and focus group discussions for community members and local stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local government bodies, community leaders, and partner organizations.
- Conduct regular field visits to evaluate program effectiveness and gather data for impact reporting.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure all goals are met within designated scopes.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks that may impact the success of community empowerment projects.
- Prepare comprehensive reports for internal stakeholders and international donors highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Sociology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in community development, NGO project management, or social welfare programs.
- Strong understanding of family-strengthening approaches and child protection principles.
- Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the Aceh region as required by project needs.
