Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in managing and moderating community channels and social media platforms to ensure a positive user experience.
- Draft and curate engaging content tailored to community interests and brand voice.
- Monitor community feedback and provide actionable insights to the management team.
- Support the coordination of online and offline community events or webinars.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align community efforts with broader marketing goals.
- Track and report on community engagement metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives.
- Respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a timely, professional manner.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build relationships.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and basic digital content creation (Canva, CapCut, etc.).
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under minimal supervision.
- Deep understanding of current social media trends and community engagement best practices.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
