- Lead and execute comprehensive socialization and education programs for target communities and healthcare professionals.
- Actively engage with potential partners and stakeholders within the Healthcare & Medical sector to build rapport and understanding.
- Facilitate the seamless registration process for new partners, ensuring all necessary documentation and information are collected accurately.
- Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with existing and new partners to foster long-term collaboration.
- Provide ongoing support and information to partners, acting as a primary point of contact for inquiries and assistance.
- Collect valuable feedback from the community and partners to identify areas for improvement and new opportunities.
- Represent the company professionally at various community events, workshops, and meetings.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to align outreach strategies with overall business objectives and initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in community engagement, field marketing, or partnership development, preferably within the healthcare or medical industry.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated professional demeanor, high integrity, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail, especially in handling partner registration and documentation.

- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and digital communication platforms.
- Residency in Depok, Jawa Barat, or surrounding areas is highly advantageous.
