As the primary point of contact, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional first impression for all clients, visitors, and members. The role goes beyond traditional reception; you will be the face of Enderun’s hospitality standards, ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. You will manage the day-to-day operations of the coworking environment, fostering a collaborative atmosphere and ensuring that all facilities meet the high standards expected by our diverse clientele.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all members and visitors, providing a warm and professional welcome.
  • Manage the daily operations of the Enderun Co-Working Space, including desk assignments and meeting room bookings.
  • Foster community engagement by facilitating networking opportunities and organizing monthly member events.
  • Handle inquiries and lead facility tours for prospective members to drive space occupancy.
  • Liaise with the maintenance and IT teams to ensure all facilities and equipment are in top working condition.
  • Oversee administrative tasks such as mail handling, billing inquiries, and inventory management for office supplies.
  • Address and resolve member concerns or complaints with a high degree of professionalism and efficiency.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, customer service, or coworking space management.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of professionals.
  • Proficiency in basic office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and CRM tools.
  • Proven ability to multi-task and manage time effectively under pressure.
  • A proactive mindset with a strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
