Tanggung Jawab
- Safely and efficiently transport company executives, team members, and authorized visitors to designated locations.
- Plan and follow optimal routes to ensure timely arrivals and departures across Shah Alam, Klang Valley, and beyond.
- Maintain the cleanliness, hygiene, and excellent mechanical condition of the assigned company vehicle.
- Conduct routine inspections (oil, water, tires, brakes) and coordinate regular servicing, maintenance, and repairs.
- Ensure strict compliance with all Malaysian road traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Assist with administrative errands including document delivery, parcel pick-ups, and other office-related tasks as required.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, toll payments, and vehicle expenses.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, punctuality, confidentiality, and customer service.
Kualifikasi
- Valid and clean Malaysian Driving License (Class D) with a flawless driving record.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience as a Company Driver, Personal Driver, or Chauffeur.
- In-depth knowledge of roads, routes, and traffic patterns in Shah Alam, Selangor, and the Klang Valley.
- Physically and mentally fit with the ability to handle long hours of driving and flexible schedules.
- Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and excellent time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a pleasant disposition.
- Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, or public holidays when required.
- Prior experience with high-end vehicles or corporate transportation is an added advantage.
