Tanggung Jawab
- Safely operate company vehicles (delivery vans and trucks) for the timely distribution and delivery of confectionery products.
- Load and unload cargo meticulously, ensuring proper handling and securement of all inventory to prevent damage or loss during transit.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, promptly reporting any mechanical issues, maintenance needs, or safety hazards to the fleet supervisor.
- Verify delivery manifests and invoices against physical goods, obtaining necessary signatures, cash, checks, or proof of delivery from clients.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professionally presented vehicle, strictly adhering to company standards for interior and exterior upkeep.
- Navigate assigned delivery routes efficiently using GPS and routing applications, strictly adhering to all traffic laws and company safety protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, acting as a courteous brand ambassador and resolving minor route or delivery issues diplomatically.
- Assist the warehouse and logistics team with inventory sorting, stock rotation, and general warehouse duties during peak periods or when not on assigned routes.
Kualifikasi
- Must possess a valid Professional Driver's License (Restrictions B, B1, B2, or higher) with an absolutely clean driving record and no major traffic violations.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of professional driving experience, ideally within the logistics, FMCG, or food distribution industries.
- Comprehensive knowledge of major roads, alternate routes, and traffic patterns across Bulacan, Metro Manila, and surrounding provinces.
- At least a High School Diploma or Senior High School Graduate; a vocational certificate in Automotive Technology is a strong advantage.
- Excellent physical stamina and fitness, capable of safely loading and unloading heavy goods (ability to consistently lift up to 25 kilograms).
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to adjust routes and schedules effectively to meet deadlines.
- High level of integrity, reliability, and honesty, with the ability to work independently and handle cash/collections responsibly.
- Willingness to start immediately and preferably a resident of Malolos City, Bulacan, or the immediate surrounding areas.
