We are urgently looking for a responsible and experienced Company Driver to provide safe and efficient transportation services for our executives and staff in Quezon City.
Role Overview
As a Company Driver, you will play a critical role in the logistics of our daily operations. You will be responsible for driving company vehicles to transport personnel to project sites, client meetings, and official functions. We are looking for a driver who embodies professionalism, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility.

The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is someone with an impeccable driving record and in-depth knowledge of Metro Manila's traffic situations. A Professional Driver License is mandatory. Previous experience in a corporate or executive driving capacity is highly advantageous. You must be comfortable with flexible work schedules and able to maintain strict confidentiality regarding company business and passenger itineraries. Your attention to detail will extend beyond driving—you will be trusted to keep the vehicle in pristine condition, manage basic maintenance checks, and ensure all vehicle documents are valid and accessible at all times.
Tanggung Jawab
- Safely operate company vehicles for the transport of employees, executives, and official guests to various meetings, project sites, and airport transfers.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in excellent working condition, reporting any mechanical issues immediately.
- Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the interior and exterior of the assigned vehicle at all times.
- Plan efficient routes to avoid heavy traffic and ensure timely arrivals at all destinations.
- Assist with the pickup and delivery of company documents, parcels, and other materials as required.
- Ensure all vehicle registration papers, insurance, and other permits are up-to-date and properly stored within the vehicle.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and company driving policies, maintaining a perfect driving record.
- Maintain a logbook of trips, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance schedules.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a valid Professional Driver's License (Restrictions 1, 2, and 3 is an advantage).
- At least 3-5 years of proven experience as a company or executive driver.
- Thorough knowledge of Metro Manila and major provincial routes.
- Must have completed at least high school education; vocational course or college level is an advantage.
- No pending traffic violations and a clean National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) clearance.
- Physically healthy and fit to work, capable of performing basic vehicle maintenance.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a courteous and professional demeanor.
- Willing to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays when required.
