Tanggung Jawab
- Provide safe, punctual, and comfortable chauffeur services to company executives, clients, and visitors.
- Handle dispatch operations, including the secure, confidential, and timely delivery of documents, parcels, and bank transactions.
- Perform routine pre-trip vehicle inspections, monitor maintenance schedules, and ensure the vehicle is clean and in optimal running condition.
- Plan efficient routes utilizing GPS systems to bypass heavy traffic and ensure on-time arrivals.
- Comply fully with all traffic laws, safety protocols, and statutory regulations of Singapore.
- Maintain precise administrative records, including vehicle mileage logs, ERP receipts, parking fees, and fuel expenses.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a valid Class 3/3A driving license with a clean driving history and no active demerit points.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven professional experience as a personal driver, corporate chauffeur, or despatch rider/driver.
- Outstanding familiarity with Singapore's road structures, landmarks, and traffic patterns, particularly within the Central Region.
- Punctual, honest, and highly reliable with strong ethical standards and respect for confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor and basic written/spoken English proficiency.
- Physically fit and capable of handling light manual duties related to package deliveries.
