- Manage and execute daily company delivery schedules with precision
- Safeguard and distribute confidential documents and sensitive packages
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and inventory records
- Coordinate with multiple departments to understand delivery requirements
- Ensure timely dispatch and receipt of inter-office communications
- Implement secure handling protocols for high-value items
- Report delivery discrepancies and operational challenges promptly
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent vocational certification
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year experience in messenger or logistics role
- Proficiency in basic inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Physical ability to lift packages up to 20kg
- Knowledge of Metro Manila traffic patterns and routes
