ACS Manufacturing Corporation is seeking a dedicated Company Nurse to champion employee health and safety at our Canlubang, Laguna facility.
In this role you will deliver immediate medical care, conduct health assessments, and maintain accurate medical records for all employees. You will collaborate with management to design and implement workplace health and safety programs, ensuring compliance with Philippine labor regulations and OSHS standards. Your responsibilities also include coordinating with external healthcare providers, organizing wellness campaigns, and managing medical supplies and equipment.
Ideal candidates are passionate about occupational health, possess strong communication skills, and thrive in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Provide immediate medical care and first aid to employees.
- Conduct health assessments and maintain medical records.
- Develop, implement, and monitor workplace health and safety programs.
- Coordinate with external healthcare providers and agencies.
- Monitor and manage occupational health hazards.
- Organize health education and wellness campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with DOLE and OSHS regulations.
- Manage medical supplies, equipment, and inventory.
Kualifikasi
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid PRC license.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in occupational health or clinical setting.
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and health & safety standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle emergencies with composure.
- Proficient in record-keeping and reporting.
- Willing to work on-site in Canlubang, Laguna.
