Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive basic healthcare services and immediate first aid to employees as needed.
- Monitor employee health status and conduct regular health check-ups and assessments.
- Assist in the development and implementation of effective occupational safety and health programs.
- Manage and maintain accurate medical records, vaccination logs, and health documentation.
- Respond promptly and professionally to medical emergencies and accidents on company premises.
- Organize and facilitate health awareness seminars, wellness campaigns, and health talks.
- Collaborate with the HR department to ensure full compliance with local health regulations and safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Must possess a valid License as a Registered Nurse (RN) from the Philippine Regulatory Commission (PRC).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in a corporate nursing or occupational health setting is preferred.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) is required.
- Strong knowledge of occupational health standards, safety regulations, and OSH policies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse employees.
- Ability to remain calm and composed during emergency situations.
- Physically fit and able to perform on-site duties and duties as assigned.
