Tanggung Jawab
- Administer first aid and emergency care to employees in accordance with company safety protocols.
- Conduct regular health assessments and maintain accurate, confidential medical records for all staff.
- Assist in the implementation of occupational health and safety programs to minimize workplace hazards.
- Coordinate with local health offices and facilities for mandatory medical examinations and health compliance.
- Monitor and manage the company clinic's inventory of medical supplies and equipment.
- Promote health awareness campaigns, wellness initiatives, and preventative care among the workforce.
- Prepare periodic health reports and recommendations for management regarding workforce wellbeing.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid PRC license.
- BOSH (Basic Occupational Safety and Health) certification is highly preferred.
- Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle emergencies calmly.
- Proficiency in medical documentation and basic computer skills for reporting.
- Demonstrated knowledge of DOH and DOLE occupational health standards.
- Willingness to work on-site in Tangub City, Misamis Occidental.
