In this critical role, you will serve as the first line of defense for our workforce, ensuring that all employees have access to quality medical care and a safe working environment. Your primary responsibility will be to provide immediate medical assistance to injured or ill employees on-site, including administering first aid and coordinating hospital transfers when necessary. You will also play a vital role in the corporate health ecosystem by facilitating comprehensive annual physical examinations for all staff members. Beyond immediate care, you will assist in maintaining accurate medical records, monitoring employee health trends, and implementing health promotion programs that align with our company's commitment to safety and wellness.
Tanggung Jawab
- Provide immediate first aid and emergency medical care to injured or ill employees on-site.
- Transport injured personnel to medical facilities or hospitals for advanced treatment when necessary.
- Coordinate and facilitate annual physical examinations for all employees and conduct pre-employment medical assessments.
- Monitor employee health status and maintain accurate, up-to-date medical records and logs.
- Develop and implement health promotion programs, wellness initiatives, and safety education campaigns.
- Ensure strict compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate closely with the Human Resources department to address health-related concerns and absenteeism.
- Conduct regular safety briefings to promote a culture of health and accident prevention.
Kualifikasi
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the Philippines.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Basic Emergency Care is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working as a Company Nurse or in a corporate/industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety standards and labor laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with diverse employee groups.
- Ability to remain calm, composed, and decisive during medical emergencies.
- Physically fit and capable of handling the demands of a manufacturing environment.
