In this vital role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for employee health concerns, ensuring that our workforce remains healthy, safe, and productive.
As a Company Nurse, you will be responsible for implementing and overseeing comprehensive health programs, including medical examinations, vaccination drives, and wellness initiatives tailored to our manufacturing environment. You will maintain strict confidentiality of medical records and ensure full compliance with local health protocols and DOH regulations. We are looking for a proactive healthcare professional who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is passionate about promoting occupational health and safety standards.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine health examinations and First Aid responses for employees.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and health files.
- Implement and monitor company-wide wellness programs and safety protocols.
- Coordinate with local health authorities to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Organize health education seminars and vaccination campaigns.
- Assist in the development of the company's Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) manual.
Kualifikasi
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) license.
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience in occupational health, corporate nursing, or hospital setting.
- Knowledge of basic First Aid and CPR certification.
- Strong understanding of DOH regulations and workplace safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle confidential information.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a manufacturing team environment.
