Tanggung Jawab
- Provide immediate first aid and emergency medical assistance to employees as needed.
- Conduct regular health assessments, screenings, and monitor employee health status.
- Develop and implement monthly/quarterly wellness programs and health education campaigns (e.g., nutrition, stress management, disease prevention).
- Manage and maintain accurate confidential employee medical records and health reports.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments under physician's orders or established protocols.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct workplace health risk assessments and recommend preventive measures.
- Maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and proper maintenance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the Philippines.
- At least 2-3 years of experience as a Company Nurse or in an Occupational Health setting, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid is required.
- Strong knowledge of occupational health principles, laws, and regulations in the Philippines.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) for record-keeping and reporting.
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
