Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing and compensation administration

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and payroll software
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
  • Knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations (BPJS, tax laws)
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
