Tanggung Jawab
- Design, administer, and optimize compensation structures and employee benefits programs
- Conduct market benchmarking and salary surveys to maintain competitive positioning
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations regarding compensation/benefits
- Analyze compensation data to prepare reports and recommend strategic adjustments
- Manage annual salary review processes and incentive programs
- Collaborate with HR team to align compensation strategies with business objectives
- Oversee employee benefits enrollment, communications, and vendor relationships
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in compensation and benefits
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and compensation analytics tools
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Certification in compensation (e.g., CSCP, CCP) preferred
- Advanced Excel skills and data visualization capabilities
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement
