Tanggung Jawab
- Design and plan comprehensive completion strategies for oil and gas wells to maximize reservoir recovery.
- Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of completion operations on-site, ensuring strict adherence to technical specifications.
- Conduct detailed technical evaluations, feasibility studies, and risk assessments for well completion projects.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including reservoir engineers, geologists, and field operations staff.
- Ensure strict compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) regulations and industry best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex completion issues and implement effective engineering solutions to resolve operational challenges.
- Prepare and present detailed technical reports, status updates, and documentation for stakeholders and management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 8 (eight) years of direct experience in the oil and gas industry.
- At least 5 (five) years of specific experience associated with completion operations and well intervention.
- Strong technical knowledge of completion tools, downhole equipment, and production optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with industry-standard engineering software and simulation tools (e.g., Petrel, CMG, or similar).
- Valid professional engineering license (IPM) is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead technical discussions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
