Join CBM Pte Ltd as a Complex Manager (ECC) and play a pivotal role in overseeing prestigious property operations in Singapore's Central Region. Tanggung Jawab
- Advise corporate stakeholders on all property affairs and governance matters
- Implement and enforce complex by-laws, regulations, and corporate instructions
- Oversee daily operations including maintenance, security, and facility management
- Manage vendor contracts and service delivery for complex infrastructure
- Conduct regular property inspections and compliance audits
- Handle resident/tenant communications and conflict resolution
- Prepare operational reports and budget management documentation
- Coordinate emergency response protocols and risk mitigation strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in complex/property management
- Deep knowledge of Singaporean property regulations and corporate governance
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
- Proficiency in property management software and financial systems
- Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or similar designation preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English and relevant local languages
- Proven track record of regulatory compliance and operational optimization
