IBM is seeking an experienced Complex Project Manager with deep expertise in SAP HANA to lead and deliver critical projects from initiation through to successful completion. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives, budget, and timeline. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and technical experts to drive project success.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage complex SAP HANA projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they meet scope, time, and budget constraints.
- Define project plans, schedules, and resource allocation, and track progress against milestones.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, including developers, consultants, and business stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to IBM’s project management methodologies and quality standards.
- Provide regular status reports and presentations to senior management and clients.
- Facilitate project retrospectives and continuous improvement initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of project management experience, with at least 5 years focused on SAP HANA projects.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
- Strong understanding of SAP HANA architecture, implementation methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
